ABE Level 4 Diploma in Business Management & Human Resources – (Duration 10 Months)

Level 4 means the same depth of learning as year-one of a Bachelors degree. This qualification provides a thorough grounding in contemporary Business Management with a particular focus on the principles of Human Resources.

This qualification provides a thorough grounding in contemporary Business Management with a particular focus on the principles of Human Resources (HR).   It will also provide you with tools to work on your own self development and the know-how to become recognised as a successful and valuable employee.

It is at the same level of difficulty as the first year of a Bachelors degree.

8 units in total, 4 mandatory units in foundation plus 1 of the following blocks of 4 additional units

 

1.Business Management

  • Introduction to Entrepreneurship – (15 credits) [A]
  • Introduction to Quantitative Methods – (15 credits) [OB]
  • Project Management – (15 credits) [OB]
  • Dynamic & Collaborative Teams – (15 credits) [OB]

 

2.HR Management

  • Introduction to Entrepreneurship – (15 credits) [A]
  • Introduction to Quantitative Methods – (15 credits) [OB]
  • Project Management – (15 credits) [OB]
  • Principle of HR – (15 credits) [OB]

 

3.Marketing Management

  • Introduction to Entrepreneurship – (15 credits) [A]
  • Introduction to Quantitative Methods – (15 credits) [OB]
  • Project Management – (15 credits) [OB]
  • Principles of Marketing Practice – (15 credits) [OB]

 

Course fee: Rs 16,000
Exam fee:  (£50) Rs 3000 per module (3000 * 4 Modules) = Rs 12,000
Yearly subscription fee with ABE: £45 Rs 3000
Total Rs 31,000

On registration you will make a deposit of Rs 8,000 from the course fee. The remaining Rs 8,000 you shall pay it during 4 monthly installments.
(Rs 2000 * 4 Months).

The exam fee you shall pay per module, if in the upcoming semester we do 2 modules you shall only pay Rs 6000.

After completing your Level 4 diploma you can enroll for a Diploma Level 5 in either Business Management, HR Management or Marketing Management.
